The Impact of the Pandemic: Market Conditions & Business Valuations

With forced closures and interruptions in business over the last several months, the business climate remains uncertain. Just as the majority started to reemerge and hope business would stabilize, we see record breaking spikes in COVID cases in certain regions and as a country as a whole. Will markets be as volatile in coming months as they were last Spring? Are M&A deals getting done and, if so, what’s the impact of the ongoing pandemic? We’ll explore answers to these and many others questions through a discussion with M. Ali Ansari and Andy Alan.
